Uncomfortable counter seating. There was no way of enjoying any meal. The traditional paitain broth was very oily and had no depth of flavor. This flavor was overpowering. The ramen had no resistance and was the most disappointing. The bone marrow is a unique addition but honestly disappointing. The egg half was nicely done, both runny and creamy.I recommend cutting the bone marrow in half and serve in a smaller portion, cutting the oil, and definitely switching to a different noodle. - Jia Hong Situ
