14 course experience was a once in a lifetime culinary extravaganza. Hedy greeted us and was wonderful the entire time. Oliver our sushi chef was a wealth of knowledge sharing valuable insights into every course he prepped and served. He checked in appropriately on us to make sure everything was delicious. Deep see snapper was my favorite! You must visit Zen Sushi Omakase and if you are lucky you will be seated to be served by Oliver.See you soon Dan - Daniel Hughes
