Chef soon has been my go to sushi spot for years! Very unassuming location. The staff keeps the service moving fairly quickly - sometimes too fast! This means you can easily get in an out within an hour or even less if you know what you’d like..The absolute best item on the menu is the seven spiced ahi. It’s an appetizer or crunchy rice and spicy tuna, topped with thinly sliced jalapeños - it’s amazing, get it and you will not regret it!
