Apr 03, 2025 · danielle freyFirst time walking in and out wasn't packed. I love to sit at the sushi bar. The cure of meat on the sushi was nice and generous. The tuna Toro melts in your mouth. The rolls were amazing 10/10 the food here never disappoints. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The atmosphere is great the smaller the place the better the food.

Feb 16, 2024 · Hywel MaslenSo technically wasn't aiming to come here, but my navigator got confused(again). This is the second time I've ended up at a sushi restaurant that was not where we originally agreed upon. As long as it's good I'm always down for sushi though. They are more of a modern style sushi, with mostly specialty rolls to fit every appetite. I like how you can get half orders of some of their specialty rolls which we took advantage of. I know there was a kush and a bobby roll, a Ryan roll(?) and can't remember the last one, plus seaweed salad and salmon skin roll. Everything was excellent, especially the kush and bobby rolls. I can't believe I somehow ended up with mostly soy wrap rolls but I did. Even being a traditionalist to the point of snobbish, I was really wowed by these. My salmon skin was excellent too. The Sapporo was ice cold, almost slushy. So good on a secretly hot day in October. BUT being the sushi snob that I am, I have to admonish them for no mackerel. If you can't feed my saba addiction, you won't get my undying love and admiration.
