Kyuramen x TBaar - Downtown Chicago Reviews
We recently dined at this charming Japanese restaurant in Chicago, and it was a delightful experience. The highlight was their unique honeybee-shaped cubicle, though we couldn't fit all five of us in it. Our server was patient and helpful, making our meal even better.Every dish was delicious, showcasing authentic flavors and beautiful presentations. I was excited about the desserts I’d seen online, but unfortunately, only a few were available during our visit.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Chicago!
Dec 31, 2024 · Precious Joy AlbaThe highlight is sitting in the honeycomb seating. Server was great at explaining menu items. The alcoholic drinks arent the best but the food was really flavorful. We got there before last call for the kitchen and still served well
Mar 22, 2025 · Flan FlannaganCame here for my brother’s birthday since he recommended it and wanted to go back… glad he did because it was delicious! This was my first time having ACTUAL ramen and I was satisfied! The atmosphere of the place is really cute and calm (they have a mix of r&b (90s/00s/10s) playing).I tried the pork bao bun, chicken ramen, and the strawberry fizz drink! Everything was 10/10! I would definitely come back and definitely recommend!
Apr 07, 2025 · Tasia Conway (FEMALETWEETY)I absolutely loved my first time coming to this chain. I have an amazing experience with one of my friends. The waiter was extremely hospitable and the wait for food was extremely short. I started by ordering a brown sugar bubble milk tea and it tasted absolutely amazing. Then I ordered a bowl of chicken Ramen with Pork Tonkatsu and extra noodles. All of it was absolutely amazing and I had leftovers afterwards. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Definitely worth the price.
Mar 09, 2025 · Baron HendricksThink this must be among the worst broths I've had. I ordered a tonkotsu as part of a combo with the bao and matcha pudding, and the ramen broth was incredibly fatty yet flavorless - no idea how they were able to do that. The pork belly bao was quite good though, as well as the pork pieces that came on top of the ramen. Pudding was a bit thick. The place itself is also really cute, especially the elevated hexagonal booths. Probably would not come here again just because of how bland the broth was.
