Sarku Japan Reviews
They always find a way to charge you more. If you ask to take out the rice from the plate they charge you. If you ask for small soda they always dont have the small size just large. If you ask for a bowl which is offered, they never have available making you buy a plate. Just dont go, for what they serve, anywhere you can get the same for the same price.
March 10 · Eddie CuriWhen in there to pick up my food, left and When I got to my car I noticed there was no hot sauce, no utensil or napkins. I seed no problem. I'll just go back in there and get some. Get there, and I tell them that they forgot to put all that stuff in the bag. They tell me that they don't put hot sauce and utensils anymore. I tell them, "So what am I supposed to eat my food with?" and they all just stared at me like I was crazy. The last time i came, it was about the hot sauce that they only put one now, no more extra. I seed cool now, no sauce and utensils. What is going on with ya?
January 13 · jose oregelWent to Culver City sarku today and they always ask if I want sauce on my plate, this time they didn’t and when I got home my chicken and rice were DRENCHED in sauce. That’s disgusting! Why would I want my food drenched in sauce? I get it the sauce is for flavor but this was drenched like soaked in sauce and I don’t understand why would they do that when they are supposed to ask how much sauce I want on my food. That was bad service! Ask the customer how much sauce they would like, don’t just assume they want their food completely drenched in teriyaki sauce. Who does that? It was probably bad food and they wanted to cover the spoiled taste.
December 11 · CarNft DJust amazing! Never disappoints! The double meat for $1.60 more is a deal! You could even add noodles for $0.55. I only wished you kept the buy one get half off the next promotion. I was bulking for the winter with that promotion lol.
November 08 · Chris LazaroTues 7.99 chicken special even with extra meat is half the meat they give out on other days. Not worth it
