We loved our experience at Shoyo and absolutely will return. The fish quality is amazing, certainly one of the best in TX. Every course is well thought out and compliments each other. Even the ginger and soy sauce tasted great.The atmosphere was delightful because the chefs and staffs were very engaging with the guests. We haven’t had an omakase experience that made us laugh this much before. We felt very welcomed and appreciated.It is definitely a highend meal but I’m sure you will have a great time here.

He was warm, funny, and entertaining.Each dish was well above our high expectations. We had one of the best meals I’ve ever had and a truly great time with Chef Jimmy, his staff, and the rest of our seating group.Came here from Florida on a trip and will absolutely be coming back! Thank you Chef for an amazing evening and for feeding me and the two babies!
