came here for ayce lunch on a sunday, which i thought was decent value. i liked that their menu had some fun dishes, like the carpaccio. i also liked that they let you choose 3 pieces of sashimi for every roll ordered. i felt like a lot of fish we were served was a bit warm in temperature, which made it feel less fresh. salmon was excellent - fresh and cool. yellowtail unfortunately tasted fishy. service was quick and friendly, but i’m still not sure i’d come back to this particular sushi nova location when the lincoln park location is a short bus ride away from the loop

If you’re in Chicago’s Old Town and love sushi, you have to check out Sushi Nova. The service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The sushi selection is incredible, with everything from super fresh sashimi to creative specialty rolls that look as good as they taste.It’s a great spot whether you’re a sushi purist or like to try something a little different. The ambiance is modern but relaxed, making it perfect for date night or a casual dinner with friends.And if you’re not in the city, they also have a location out in the suburbs, so you can still get the same great experience without the downtown drive. Definitely a new favorite!

Quiet enough to enjoy and not be deafened by others.Enough staff to be helped within a reasonable time as well as them being both laid back and Professional.Had the all you can eat sushi reasonably priced.Order a lot and it gets served on a boat!Was helped by the server named Steven

We had an amazing experience at Sushi Nova for their all-you-can-eat lunch on Monday! The food was so delicious that we couldn’t resist coming back later that same week with coworkers. Every dish was beautifully presented, showing real attention to detail.Beyond the food, the service was fantastic—the server had great banter, making the meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both quality and quantity so well. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful sushi in a welcoming atmosphere, Sushi Nova is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Its really close to Bradway theatre district in chicago so great addition after your show! Highly recommended! Business dinner, date, family ! Every kind of crowd!
