Tatsu Ramen Reviews
Kayla was super nice & energetic! We wished Tatsu Ramen was in the same level but unfortunately it wasn't. There wasn't enough broth & the temperature wasn't very hot.
May 20 · christopher leeI ordered the Hippie Ramen and wow it was so so good. Super warm and filling like a hug in a bowl. The broth was rich and cozy, the noodles had that perfect chew, and the toppings were delicious especially the tofu and the spinach. Plus, the service was super quick and they’re open late — perfect for a cozy nighttime bite. New favorite comfort meal for sure!
May 04 · Lili DingwallI had THE BEST experience eating at this restaurant. The food was so delicious, but what really set this place apart was the staff. KAYLA was the most amazing server—she was kind, so fun, and super generous. It was my friend’s birthday and she made it super special with her awesome and cool girl vibe. Please take notes from her the next time you’re hiring ❤️❤️❤️
April 12 · Ren PhamA bit of a rocky start. I thought the flow from putting your name down to getting seated was disorganized. The kiosks in the front of the store are misleading - you have to put your name on the waitlist with a host first. You have to wait until you get called to put your order in the kiosk. And then when we were finally called, our space at the bar was still cluttered with dirty plates. The food was really good though. The fried rice was fluffy, light, and well seasoned. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The broth was very flavorful. I liked how you could customize the amount of garlic - I like my ramen very garlicky. I do wish the pork was fattier though. Or at least a little thicker. It was a bit too lean and thin for me. I don’t know if I would come back in person, because dining here was a little uncomfortable - but I did notice that a lot of people were getting take out (or DoorDash idk). The parking situation here is a bit hectic, so ordering delivery may be the move.
February 08 · Cody PhamCame here as a Christmas Day backup option as they have available seats for 4. I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality and the richness of the broth! We ordered the bold ramen and the old school ramen. The bold ramen has more ingredients in the broth that has a more complex flavor than pure pork. The old school ramen is pure pork broth and much richer in one dimension. Really like both of them and highly recommend!
