Tokyo Cafe Reviews
Went for happy hour 3-6. Great decision! Food is basically half price. Sushi & rice bowls all very flavorful. Get a reservation especially if you go during happy hour.
May 10, 2025 · J CI almost missed the entrance and entered the next lot due to missing signage, even at the entrance of the door (the paper lanterns inside are the only evidence that tipped me off). I ordered the combination yakisoba and tempura shrimp appetizer. They had unsweetened tea with sugar packets available. The food was delicious. I really liked the char of the yakisoba. Although the menu stated that the tempura is served with baby shrimp (which is likely small-medium sized shrimp) I was really hoping to get the traditional length/style of shrimp made. I'm happy that this place didn't instead serve breaded shrimp while calling it tempura (like some local restaurants do), so this was almost close to traditionalo batter.I'll definitely come back to try other dishes, with okonomiyaki like dish or even takoyaki if they have it!Mia was very friendly and so kind to add the military discount to the bill, making the total $25.30.
Apr 14, 2025 · J SanFantastic Omakase dinner tonight, with cocktail pairing. Great experience overall! The food was fantastic and the pairings were all on point. Great service, as usual. They again showed why they are one of the hidden gems of Fort Worth.
Mar 20, 2025 · Sean “Seauron” FordThe food here is great. Definitely returning to eat here again. Amy and everyone should try this place. I had the On the beach roll and, New York sunrise roll, the gyoza, the Tok fries, Bao bun, pork fried rice and the chicken teriyaki and the katsu chicken. All were delicious. My daughter loved it as well. The lemonade was just right for me.
Mar 02, 2025 · Glenn M.I'd say the ambiance looks better in person than in pictures. The food is just as delicious as it looks.Sesame chicken was fried to perfection and the served with a sort of tangy sauce.Pork bits in the pork fried rice were a bit charred (👍), salty, great texture and very tasty!
