Really clean and sleek presentation. The staff was very attentive. That being said I thought the food was competent but not memorable. The kushiyaki was not cooked on charcoal which might have lessened the flavor (?). I actually liked the aji fry the best. The menu was also pretty simple, $4 and $8 dollar dishes. I read the reviews about there being a line but I think since one of them arrived at 5pm, he was able to snag a table without a long wait. The restaurant is relaxing and chill, which was dangerous for my wallet but good for the ambiance. I especially liked the ramen (it’s meant more for one person but you can share) and the Karaage (it was perfectly crispy with a lot of salad on the side). The ice cream soda was also humongous and oh so tasty - even when splitting among three people, it was a lot. The tofu avocado was also a nice cold dish for an app. Overall, highly suggest dining here for a fun experience with made to order food.
April 30 · Shanelle SThe menu is very limited. The food was good but not memorable enough for a repeat visit. The karaage was moist and delicious but pricey at $8 for 4 nuggets. The overall price was not inexpensive. Minus the wine it came to $56 for the two of us. Plus tax and tip. We had the karaage appetizer, two Soboro dons, and 6 skewers. That’s it. Glad we didn’t have to wait for a seat. Guess the hype is dying down
April 14 · Linda HI’ve seen chicken grilled to super dry and another layer of sauce added in most of the Yakitori restaurants. Torikizoku, instead, is friendly for ppl who like the meat cooked in a flavorful yet juicy way. Shrimp also recommended! 5 out of 5. Wait time can be a bit long but it’s near del amo mall so that’s not a problem to kill the waiting time.

There was a long line, so I recommend getting in line at least 20 minutes before they open if you want to dine in at 5 PM.We tried a variety of Kushiyaki, and we especially loved the Kizoku Yaki and Tsukune! What I really want to highlight is their Yuzu Ramen—it’s absolutely delicious!On top of that, the service was amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back!
