Food was GREAT!!! Some of the sushi chefs there could learn a lesson in professionalism or just staying in a decent worrying attitude in general but that was someone else's chef and ours personally was great!!!! Service was decent from the server but very interactive. Over all the food was very good and the quality was superb!

Trapper's Sushi never ceases to amaze me no matter what the location. The bonney lake location is no exception. Everything I drank and ate was wonderful, and the service was prompt and superb. Isaac was my waiter, he was pleasant, accommodating, relatable and it showed that he cared whether I had a good time or not. It was truly great service. As for the food, I had the puyallup roll, it was SO good I had to order it twice. I will provide pictures of that and video, as well menu information. They do have rotating specials, desserts, and beer/wine. For a sushi place they have a wonderful selection of drinks whether you want a mai tai, margarita, glass of wine or pint of beer, or sake, they have it all! Nothing but good things to say! Thank you Trapper's sushi for being such a unique and quaint yet great spot to dine! 5 stars! 🌟❤️

Rick was an amazing server. He was very polite, friendly and attentive. Our drinks were always filled, appetizer came out early and sushi rolls were perfect.

Food was good as always. 13 empty tables and over a 20 minute wait for two people. I asked why there was a wait and I was told because there were only 2 servers. The waiting room was full. I find it oddThat people cannot be seated just because there are only two servers. Just my opinion. 4 parties, 12 people total, walked out because of the wait. It has been like this my last several visits, it must be costing Trappers a lot of money with people constantly walking out. I used up a gift card I had and I will not be back. Sad because this is their flagship store too.
