We discovered Zeppin through research of a good ramen place in our area. Finally! They have lived up to our standards of authentic ramen!! The broth, excellent! The homemade noodles, excellent! The charsiu in the ramen, excellent! The chili oil for the ramen, excellent! They also have an excellent variety of sushi, temaki, nigiri etc. - they serve high quality fish, and a good selection of Japanese beer. For those who love anything Japanese, this is a must to go to. The pictures posted are the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen and Spicy Vege Ramen. Thank you to the owners, John and Fumiko, for Zeppin!

My son and I had the Zeppin Ramen. Was rich and flavorful. Loved the texture of the ramen—was perfect—chewy and tasty. The chasiu was very good—nice thick, long pieces. It came with a topping of corn which I love and I really like the black garlic oil.I know this is not usually what people review but for me it speaks volumes about the attitude of the owner and often reflects the quality of the food. At least in my experience.The bathroom is one of the nicest I’ve ever been in…it not only looks beautiful, it smells good. I joked with the owner that I would even use that as my office the next time I visit. But that’s how nice it is.

Just visited tonight for the first time and wow.. I am blown away. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that felt genuinely special and felt like at home. We were served by the owner—and his wife was there who was also lovely.We started with the shishito peppers, pork gyoza, and Japanese chicken karaage, each dish fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The real star of the night, though, was the pork miso ramen—rich, comforting, and absolutely to die for. Our drinks, the plum spritz and lychee martini, were the perfect complement to the meal—refreshing and delicious .What made this experience even more special was the personal touch. The owner’s wife noticed me struggling with chopsticks and kindly came over to teach me how to use them—such a small gesture, but one that made a lasting impression. They also engaged in conversation throughout the night and geniunely wanted to make sure everything was up to par. It’s rare to find a place where the food, service, and atmosphere all come together so perfectly, but they nailed it.After being disappointed by so many restaurants in the area, I had almost given up hope on restaurants—but Zeppin completely changed that.
