We have been to Fuji 3 times now and we just love this place. The food is amazing and the presentation is stunning. The staff are friendly and always on top of making sure you have everything you need. They have a huge selection of both raw and cooked sushi and the dinners are very tasty. The only negative is the fruit flies. We had a couple pesky visitors each time we were there. Nonetheless, this will certainly be our top of the list places to eat out.

We stopped by for lunch today for the first time. Food here was really good. I had Chirachi lunch and the fish was fresh. Gyoza was really good also. Tuna lover roll could add a bit more spice.Overall, we enjoyed our lunch very much. The staff was very friendly and good service. Will definitely go back to this restaurant.

While visiting Sarasota from Michigan, we ended up coming here twice because we loved it so much! The fish is so fresh and taste amazing! Week be visiting this place as a must when we come to Florida. Danny and Jenny are the best! Super friendly and made a great experience!

I highly recommend trying this place out if you are a sushi-lover! The fish is fresh and delicious and the sushi rolls are great - perfect ratio of fish to rice. I’ve dined in twice and ordered via food delivery apps twice and quality has been great and consistent! They also seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about gluten allergies. I only asked our waitress one question about whether the spicy sauce had soy sauce in it, and she immediately asked if I’m gluten free and shared that the chef can accommodate for that in the roll I wanted. I was actually able to order and enjoy the specific rolls I desired, as they were able to make a change for me to accommodate for my Celiac disease! This went above and beyond what I expected, and I’m so grateful. Maxie was an amazing waitress and we truly enjoyed our meal! :)

Excellently crafted sushi, rolls and everything. No excessive rice, instead focusing on the fish and flavors. Will definitely visit again.
