We were not disappointed. Services and selection of meats were good. They also serve alcohol. I had the Tokyo Iced Tea! It was delicious but my husband said it was bitter. He drank Grey Goose with club soda. We ordered the Chef’s special and added Beef Tongue and Duck. This was definitely a lot of food for two people but worth it. Salas had a great dressing on it. We cooked all the meat and took the leftovers home. This is definitely a date night spot! We will be back!" I only wish you could sub some of the proteins as my partner is not a big meat eater but everything tastes great! I has been to the one in downtown LA so I wish the atmosphere was more Japanese but I have no complaints. The drinks were refilled without asking and ALL servers were attentive even though it was packed. I do hope they keep it up! Apr 27, 2025 · Sarahi MontanoAnthony provided excellent customer service whilst training two minions! The prime kalbi rocked my socks and the spicy edamame tickled me with surprise as it was the spiciest thing I tried all night! Me and the wifey did a La carte style with multiple proteins and the spicy shrimp and bone in kalbi were the top notches! P.S. Get the bibimbap and let it crisp up for at least 7 min after they drop it off!
May 13, 2025 · Anthony KovachThey are undergoing the soft opening, I saw customers will not be served without a booking. Make sure you make a reservation online ahead of time, I would say 2 weeks ahead for now for weekend dinner. The interior is neat, all the staff are friendly and polite, they picked up dishes and cleaned probably. Quiet and great for dating. Servers dont actually understand the menu well enough, they only read what is on the menu when they were trying to introduce their menu? It was a so far so good experience. Menu variety is definitely different to Asia; portion is relatively disappointing, u paid more than what u got for sure. For example, i ordered a spicy shrimp, it is clearly just any normal shrimps u can get anywhere, with maybe some gochujang seasoning, costing 8.95$ for 4 shrimps. The vegetable price is more ridiculous compared to the portion. Besides, food came at a weird order when all grill food should come at once and it wasnt the case. However, im still happy to see Asian franchises opening new store in el paso.
May 12, 2025 · PhoenixIncredible experience at the Cimarron location from start to finish! The quality of the meats was top-notch, perfectly marbled and full of flavor. Grilling at the table made it fun and interactive, and the sauces and sides were delicious. Estrella our server was phenomenal! Ask to be seated in her section! Although all the staff was friendly and helpful—can’t wait to come back!
