First experience at Shiso was incredible, do people know about this place yet?The Mazeman with Ribeye and umami bomb was phenomenal and the Kaarage chicken was low-key my favorite thing, my kid and I devoured it. They were kind enough to put the spicy sauce on the side.The highlight (not pictured) was the Black Cod ramen. The fish had a surprisingly buttery Seabass texture, perfect flake, light and flavorful. Amazing.
May 09 · Monserrate GonzalezCraft noodle was pretty good. Personally I liked the mazemen better than the ramen because of the texture of the noodle. Appetizers tasted good too however it took a long time for the first bite to be served.
