Sushi W - East Village

506 E 13th St, New York, NY 10009, USA

4.0
Best omakase quality to price value we鈥檝e had in NYC so far! We got the Premium omakase (it was so good we forgot to take a photo of every single piece 馃槄). Seasonings were unique and slight so you could really taste the fish. Fish was good quality and each piece of fish was surprisingly big. The sushi rice was excellent. We鈥檝e enjoyed the cozy ambiance, all 12 seats are at the counter. No tip too, a big plus. We鈥檝e been to many other omakase places in Manhattan at this price point and rate Sushi W the best. Apparently one of the few that is actually owned by a Japanese owner. The Chefs and hostess Irene were great and we had a fun conversation over some amazing nigiri and hand rolls. We鈥檒l be back again soon!If you found this review give me a 鉂わ笍 thanks! - Troy S
